CHALLENGES

  • Identify and understand the possible strategic scenarios for the intranet overhaul.
  • Better reach non-connected employees in an international and multilingual context.
  • Raise awareness among CEVA’s Executive Committee about the importance of this project to ensure the implementation of CEVA Logistics' strategic plan in the coming years, particularly with a focus on growth and the acquisition of new companies.

  • Detailed audit of CEVA's current intranet and internal communication systems.
  • Survey and collection of CEVA's needs. Nearly 5,000 responses, highlighting strong expectations for a new intranet, especially from management.
  • Highlighting CEVA's strategic challenges, project opportunities, risks, and supporting the Executive Committee.
  • Definition of personas for the project.
  • Identification of criteria for selecting technical scenarios, comparative analysis of 3 solutions, and associated OPEX / CAPEX projections (Lumapps, Powell365, Sociabble).
