Raise awareness among CEVA’s Executive Committee about the importance of this project to ensure the implementation of CEVA Logistics' strategic plan in the coming years, particularly with a focus on growth and the acquisition of new companies.

Detailed audit of CEVA's current intranet and internal communication systems.
Survey and collection of CEVA's needs. Nearly 5,000 responses, highlighting strong expectations for a new intranet, especially from management.
Highlighting CEVA's strategic challenges, project opportunities, risks, and supporting the Executive Committee.
Definition of personas for the project.
Identification of criteria for selecting technical scenarios, comparative analysis of 3 solutions, and associated OPEX / CAPEX projections (Lumapps, Powell365, Sociabble).
